In March 2022 we were asked to design and build a Trex® composite deck to an area of the clients garden, which was sloping and unstable, due to the slope. The design was created to make the most of the outdoor space, building the deck were the garden sloped the most. This project has given our client a more user friendly space to use as a young family and socialise with friends.
To the front of the property we built another deck, to the front door, which replaced some damaged paving stones.
Materials
This project use Trex® composite decking from their enhance naturals range, in ‘Clam Shell Grey’. To find out more about this product visit the Trex® website.
Additional Extras
Along with the decking, we were asked to replace some old, worn timber fencing which surround 2 sides of the rear garden and add a section of fencing at the back of the new raised decking. The new deck was finished off with a composite balustrade in graphite grey.
To complete the project we built a composite horizontal slatted fencing which replicated the rear.
