We removed an old rotting timber deck and timber frame from this rear garden in Greystones, Sheffield. We then built a timber frame which was decked with Trex® ‘Rocky Harbour’ Grey Composite decking. The scheme was finished off with a timber balustrade withe matching spindles.
The decking size stayed the same as before we however changed the design making the lower area larger & usuable due to having narrower steps and also in the upper section where there was an un-needed step down this was replaced with a large flat level section. We set the balustrade back on the edge of the upper sectionm to create a spoace for people to perch, again making most of the small area.
