We were ask by our client to design and build a low maintenance small courtyard decking next to the backdoor of their home. The space as well as being small was sloping in different locations so was unusable for them.
To help the client visualise the space we created this CAD for him.
Natural looking easily maintained decking was requested. As well as these qualities Millboard also is very slip resistant and does not easily scratch. Along with a 25 year board warranty, Millboard was the perfect client for our client.
•there we a few grates and drains that the client needed access too, so we created lift out hatches and section of decking to aid this process.
A tall in-built planter was created to both add some colour to the whole area and also to act as a barrier to stop stumbling off the edge and in-turn make the useable surface greater as furniture can be place right up to the planter making sure there are no accidents!
